Main Product Description
Our fiberglass cloth is woven from alkali-free E-glass yarn substrate, which can be compounded with PTFE, silicone and vermiculite coatings. It can withstand continuous high temperature of 500℃ and instantaneous peak temperature of 550℃. It features stable size without deformation, flame retardant & insulation, high tensile & wear resistance, and strong resistance to strong acid and alkali without pulverization or cracking under high temperature.
We have spot stock with gram weight from 30 to 1200g and thickness ranging from 0.03mm to 3.0mm. The width can be arbitrarily cut from 100mm to 2000mm. Custom special cutting and special coating are available. It is widely applied to high-temperature working conditions of electronics, fire protection, pipeline and FRP industries. Complete Production Manufacturing Process
1. Raw Material Melting
High-purity silica sand, limestone and pyrophyllite are melted at 1400℃+ to form uniform molten E-glass liquid, strictly control alkali content below 0.8%
2. Filament Drawing & Twisting
Molten glass flows through platinum bushing, pulled into micron-level thin filaments, twisted into uniform fiberglass yarn without broken strands
3. Intelligent Warping
Automatic warping machine arranges warp yarn with constant tension, ensure even density of finished cloth

4. Precision Weaving
High-speed air-jet looms weave plain/twill/satin texture, real-time fabric surface inspection during weaving
5. High-Temp Desizing Treatment
High-temperature oven removes surface sizing agent, maximize insulation & resin bonding performance
6. Functional Coating & Curing
Optional PTFE/silicone/vermiculite coating, constant temperature curing to lock coating durability
7. Precision Slitting & Finished Inspection
Automatic slitting machine cuts target width, full inspection of gram weight, tensile strength and heat resistance before rolling
