We use industrial ultra-tough polyester film with uniform thickness. Before production, the film passes constant-temperature humidity adjustment and surface dust removal to ensure flatness and tension consistency.
Step 2. Corona Surface Activation Treatment
The PET surface is treated with high-power corona to raise surface tension above 50 mN/m, greatly improving silicone adhesive bonding force and avoiding glue peeling or delamination after high temperature.
Step 3. Precision Back Side Release Coating
Uniform release agent coating on the back ensures smooth unwinding, no static adhesion, and stable rolling tightness for long-term storage.
Step 4. Multi-Zone Gradient Silicone Coating
Adopts precision slot-die coating technology. Silicone glue is evenly coated with strictly controlled thickness. The coating speed and glue density are fully automated to guarantee consistent adhesive layer across the entire roll.
Step 5. Staged Temperature Drying & Thermal Curing
