New Production Run for Golden Polyimide High‑Temperature Base Film

Our workshop coating production line is now in full operation for golden polyimide (PI) film, a core high‑performance substrate for industrial high‑temperature tapes and insulation components.

Golden polyimide film features outstanding thermal stability, superb tensile strength and excellent electrical insulation performance. It can endure long‑term high‑temperature environments, making it ideal raw material for high‑temperature masking tapes, electrical insulation parts, circuit‑board processing and new‑energy applications.

During manufacturing, the base film goes through unwinding, multi‑roller conveying, coating processing and final rewinding. Large jumbo rolls of glossy golden PI film are produced. These master rolls will later be slit into various custom widths according to customer specifications, to support downstream electronics and new‑energy manufacturing sectors.

Strict in‑line quality control is implemented throughout the whole production procedure. We keep consistent film thickness, uniform surface gloss and stable physical performance for every batch, to satisfy rigorous industrial requirements for high‑temperature‑resistant materials.
