4. High-temperature Drying & Curing
Enter multi-stage constant temperature drying tunnel for gradient heating curing. Completely volatilize solvent and solidify the adhesive layer to form strong and stable adhesion performance.
5. Surface Silicone Release Treatment
Treat the back of fiberglass cloth with silicone release agent to ensure smooth peeling, no glue transfer and easy operation during application.
6. Inspection & Quality Testing
Test temperature resistance, viscosity, tensile strength, insulation performance and appearance defects. Unqualified products are eliminated strictly.
7. Rewinding & Precision Slitting
Rewind the qualified semi-finished products, slit into customized standard widths and lengths according to customer requirements.
